Our Place

PoorHouse Kava operates inside Poor House at 110 SW 3rd Ave, a short walk from Las Olas Boulevard and Riverwalk. The room changes character as the day moves: afternoons and early evenings are relaxed and conversational, while later nights bring the energy of local bands, karaoke, comedy, and community events.

The goal is simple: make botanical drinks approachable, keep prices accessible, and give Fort Lauderdale a late-night place where regulars, first-time guests, musicians, and downtown neighbors can share the same room.

What We Serve

Our menu includes traditionally prepared kava, customizable K-Teas, botanical mocktails, coffee, flavor additions, and half-gallons or gallons to go. Guests can keep a drink simple or build one around a preferred base and flavor.
